Description

As more and more functions are added to the bot, .help is spamming channels all around with several rows of text.

Make a brief version and make it perhaps suggest a link where a full list of commands with examples can be found?

2 Options -

1 - change the .help command response to a notice to the user who issued it

2 - use a web link, ie, http://s.rizon.net/erepublik-help

That said, I think option 2 will be our best bet.
