Description

It would be nice to be able to see when and why a specific version reply was added to the blacklist when issuing ~cvlist.
Two reasons mainly, makes them easier to distinguish and it allows for growth of the list (imagine having 100 entries on there without any reason or timeframe).

This comment was due to a problem with someone adding a string that shouldn't have been added.

I can make it show the date and adder, but a reason is more complicated (how would you propose specifying a reason?)

I had thought "simply" adding it to the end of the command to add a blacklist entry, however,
I do not know the structure of the actual command, so I don't know how feasible this is.
I can see how it's hard to do, seeing the blacklist entry can have spaces, maybe using a delimiter?

e.g.: ~cvadd <client version> <delimiter> <reason>
(assuming ~cvadd is the command to add a blacklist entry)

Alternatively, you could maybe keep that part as it is now, but ask for a reason after the initial entry?

e.g.: ~cvadd <client version>
And then have the bot ask for a reason.
